Sadly this clinic is racist and doesn't see pitbulls. Unfortunately the wonderful nature of these animals are unrealized by this clinic. Such a shame racism and ignorance still exists in this day and age.
The entire staff at the clinic was so friendly and understanding. Despite the fact it was a difficult decision to make, I know that I made the right decision. All of the staff was very sympathetic and wonderful.
Rocci and her staff are rare in the field of veterinary medicine. Their methods are honest, practicle and affordable. They care about my pets and treat me with the respect which comes from friendship. I give them my highest recommendations.
If I didn't live in the Fox Valley, she would be my #1 choice for a veterinary doctor.
I recently had to have my dog examined by Dr. Downs who is a wonderful doctor. She had to tell me that my dog was extremely sick and needed to be put to sleep.
Never thought a vet clinic that specifically helps animals would refuse service to a pitbull!!!! Very disappointing to hear.
She has such a gentle personality and explained things so clearly and made certain that I completely understood what was wrong with my dog.
